Juan Carlos Millon

Dr. Juan Carlos Millon

After spending considerable time working with humanitarian medical teams throughout Botswana, Uganda, Mexico, Guatemala, and Nicaragua, Dr. Millon has some of the most thorough first-hand expertise available in pediatric medicine. He now serves as the chief physician for Worldwide Pediatrics and Primary Care Group, LLC, and practices emergency medicine at Kendall Regional Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Millon is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a member of the American Medical Association, the Florida Pediatric Society, the Florida Medical Association, and the Texas Pediatric Association. Dr. Millon has also appeared several times on television as a pediatric expert on Univision’s TV Shows “Viva La Familia” and “Salud es Vida”. He continues his passion for helping those in need by participating in the medical mission of Mindo Futures.

Ryan Martin

Dr. Andrew Ryan Martin

Dr. Andrew Ryan Martin is a native Floridian. He moved to Colombia, South America as a child and moved back to the United States after completing his Medical School at the Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, Colombia. He is a Board Certified Internist and also an Infectious Diseases specialist. He completed his training in Internal Medicine at St Vincent’s Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana and his fellowship training at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. Dr. Martin is member of the American medical Association, and an officer in the United States Air Force Reserve. He is passionate about primary care medicine and has special interests in viruses and vector-borne illnesses. Dr. Martin is accepting new patients ages 18 and above.

Melissa Charlton

Melissa Charlton, PPCNP-BC

Melissa Charlton is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified specializing in the general care of children aged 0-21 years. She earned her Master's of Science in Nursing degree from Florida International University. In addition to working at our office for the last 3 yrs, Melissa also serves as the charge nurse on the pediatric unit at Broward Health Medical Center in which she has served in this role over the last seven years. Melissa is both an American Nurses Association and Pediatric Society of Nurses Association member.
